Owner and Creative Director of Creative DSM - Andi Fagen has navigated through the journey that was creating our female-led company.  She has seen growth bicoastally, having worked with clients from Los Angeles to Miami and back here in the great Midwest. She leads our team with grace, power, and motivation to never stop reaching for the stars. 

Our agency coordinator Mariah takes over client relations and has worked to build a communication stream that leaves our clients feeling connected and aware of their brand’s ebb and flow. 

These moves are efforts that are constantly bringing us closer to our mission to help clients prosper.
